Subprocessors

Apex uses the following third parties to deliver the platform. Each is contractually obliged to handle personal information consistently with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Principles. We give 30 days' notice before adding a new subprocessor.

RTO partners

When you submit a training enquiry, matched RTO partners receive the minimum data needed to quote. RTO partners act as independent controllers in respect of those leads under their own privacy policies — they are not subprocessors of Apex.
