Shane McGowan is the Founder of Apex, bringing almost 20 years of experience across heavy industry, transport, and major construction projects throughout Australia. With a background spanning hands-on, operations and leadership roles, Shane has worked on some of the country's largest and most complex infrastructure projects — developing a deep understanding of the gap between what's on paper and what the workforce can actually deliver.
